G & C Industrial Box Trailers 13" sides 14" wheels

Specification

All trailers have full RHS chassis and drawbars, all new components used including tyres first quality radial 8 ply light truck, new ford wheel pattern white Sunrasia wheels fitted with centre caps. All single axle box trailers have 2.3mm checker plate floor, mudguard bracing, fully rope railed all around. Fully primed painted using etch primer and fully auto enamel finished. We don’t colour match to motor cars and only limited colours are available. Trailer depths are all 13" deep but we will build higher sides on request.

All box trailers are fitted with 6 leaf slipper springs with varied rate, but other suspensions are available on request. Axles are all 45mm square alloy steel fitted with full ford bearings 1.45 tonne capacity. All lights are guarded and wiring is fitted through chassis. All units supplied and fitted as standard with 6" swing up type jockey wheels.

GTM on all single axle non brake G & C industrial trailers for RTA purposes is 750 kg, for field work 1.45 tonnes.

Tandem trailers have full RHS chassis, jockey wheels, four wheel electric or mechanical brakes, new tyres 8 ply radial light truck, new ford wheel pattern Sunrasia wheels fitted with centre caps, 2.3mm checker plate floor, full rope rails and 45 square axles rated at 1.45 tonnes per axle. Standard rating 2000kg gtm. Industrial series 85 tandem trailers have an axle rating of 2900kg and spring rating of 2600kg, along with 8 ply steel radial tyres can be rated up to 2900kg GTM with breakaway electric brakes, springs upgraded to seven leaf and safety chains upgraded to breakaway standard.

G & C Industrial Box Trailers 18" sides 15" wheels

Specification

All trailers have full RHS chassis and drawbars, all new components used, rims are new 15" with wheel pattern to suit landcruiser or nissan wheel six stud pattern, tyres are new
235-75r15 light truck. The customer has the option of supplying their own wheels and tyres if they so desire or we will also price special rims and tyres to your request.

All single axle box trailers have 2.3mm checker plate floor, mudguard bracing and fully rope railed all around, fully prime painted using etch primer and fully auto enamel finished. We don't colour match to motor cars and only limited colours are available. Trailer depths are all 18" deep however higher sides are available on request. All body panels are zincanneal sheet.

All box trailers are fitted with 6 leaf slipper springs with varied rate but other suspensions are available on request. All spring eyes are bushed and greasable, axles on all models as standard are 45mm square alloy steel fitted with full ford bearings 1.2 tonne capacity. All lights are guarded and wiring is fitted through chassis. All units supplied and fitted as standard with 6" swing up type jockey wheels.

Specification

Tandem trailers have full RHS chassis, jockey wheels, four wheel electric or mechanical brakes, 2.3mm checker plate floor, full rope rails and 45mm square axles rated at 1.2 tonne per axle, drawbar bracing is fitted to these tandems.

Industrial series 85 tandems as standard are rated at 2000kg GTM. With axles rated at 2600kg GTM, springs rated at 2600kg GTM, GTM can be increased to 2600kg GTM by fitting breakaway electric brakes to this unit and safety chains upgraded to breakaway standard.
